All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Please Note: We ship worldwide except for some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and are subject to customs clearance procedures.

Our Magical Return Policy

We want every celebration to be absolutely spellbinding. If your purchase didn’t quite cast the right magic, we’re here to help make things right!

Important Enchantment: You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original magical condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the safety and magical quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Halloween Costumes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Party Supplies (once packaging is opened)
  • Personalized or Custom Items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

The Enchanted Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Magical Support Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the magical details we need.

Step 2: Await Your Return Authorization

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items Securely

Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

Magical Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color? We’d be delighted to help with an exchange!

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred item
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
