Important Note: You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Our Magical Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the safety and magical quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Halloween Costumes (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened Party Supplies (once packaging is opened)
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
The Enchanted Return Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the magical details we need.
Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Magical Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color? We’d be delighted to help with an exchange!
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
